DeYo Technologies is a custom software studio based in Indian Land, SC. We build custom web apps, websites, AI chatbots and receptionists, and workflow automations for local businesses. Every project starts with a conversation about what's slowing you down.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
We're based in Indian Land, SC, and we work with businesses across the greater Charlotte, NC area, including Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Lancaster County, and Union County. Outside the Charlotte area? We work with businesses anywhere by call or video. We work with you directly, by call or video, and nearby whenever it helps.
What do an AI chatbot, an AI receptionist, and a document assistant cost?
A custom AI agent is $5,000 to set up, then $1,200/month for ongoing tuning and monitoring. That covers a chatbot, a voice receptionist, or a document answer assistant built around your own documents and processes. We confirm the scope in a conversation first.
How much does a custom web app cost?
The Custom Web App Starter is $3,000 for build and deployment, then $500/month launch support for the first 4 months, then $200/month with hosting included. That's $5,000 to launch. More complex builds are quoted after a conversation.
What does the Local Fix Audit & Sprint include?
It's a flat $1,000, once, with no monthly fee. You get a one-page audit of how customers find you and what happens when they reach out, then the fixes: Google Business Profile cleanup, a review-request link, and a quote-request page.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You only need to describe what's slowing you down. We handle the technical side and explain it in plain English.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. It takes the routine questions and calls and hands off to a person when it matters, so your team can spend its time on the work that needs them.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We build it to hand off to a person when it isn't sure, and we tune it as real questions come in. We keep a person in the loop on anything customer-facing, because no AI is perfect.
Is my business data safe?
We set up each project so your information is only used for that project, and before we build we walk through where your data is stored so you can decide what goes in. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Who owns the app you build?
We settle ownership, hosting, and what happens if you ever want to move on in writing, before we build. It's part of the proposal, so there are no surprises later.
How does a project start?
It starts with a conversation, not a pitch. Then you get a clear proposal that starts with one small first solution, a custom build where you see progress quickly, and ongoing support after launch.
How fast do you reply?

Do you only do AI?
No. We also build custom web apps, websites, and workflow automations, and we help with local marketing such as custom jingles, review requests, and reviewed blog-post workflows. We'll tell you if AI isn't the right fix.
