DeYo Technologies is a custom software studio based in Indian Land, SC. We build custom web apps, websites, and internal tools, such as inventory trackers, task boards, and portals, around the way your team already works.

What's going wrong

Costume Closet, a warehouse demo, and a task board

A kids' theater program's costumes and props were hard to find and harder to put back. We built an inventory app with a photo for every item, simple location codes, Find, Put back, and Add flows, and PIN-based staff and admin access. Volunteers can look an item up and see where it lives. We then adapted the same app into a "where is it" warehouse demo for a used office-furniture reseller. And for a care center whose recurring tasks lived in people's heads, we built an internal task board with recurring tasks, Kanban boards, and email reminders, now in review with the client team.

$3,000 for build and deployment (one-time), then $500/month launch support for the first 4 months, then $200/month ongoing with hosting included. That is $5,000 to launch, then $200/month. An optional premium ongoing plan is $500/month instead.

How it starts

It starts with a conversation, and the best thing you can bring is the spreadsheet or the stack of notes you use today. We ask how your team really works, then propose the smallest version that fixes the real problem. You see progress quickly, instead of waiting for a big reveal.

Why build custom instead of buying software?

Off-the-shelf software is the right answer when it fits, and if it does we'll tell you. Custom makes sense when your process is specific enough that you keep bending a tool, or a spreadsheet, to fit it.

Who owns the app?

We settle ownership, hosting, and what happens if you ever want to move on in writing, before we build. It's part of the proposal, so there are no surprises later.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope. You see progress quickly, because we build in small steps and show you as we go.

Where is the app hosted?

Hosting is set up as part of deployment. After launch, the $200/month ongoing plan includes hosting plus basic support and troubleshooting.
